AWWW YEAHH. Our pre port meeting is tonight at 1930. They have these every night before we get to a new country and it is always fun to go to. We learn what are the best things to do in the countries as well as what to stay away from and whats dangerous. Just learned I have an International Business as well as a Sustainable Business midterms both the day after we get back...i'm gonna go ahead and not worry about them right now because we are in S.A. tomorrow. Weather looks beautiful for the next week at any given day's high being 79-83 degrees, and sun alllll the way across. Shark Dive for Saturday is confirmed! Sooo excited for that. Also on Friday the 18th I am doing an Opperation Hunger project in Cape Town where we deliver food to local childeren. Im sure both things will be enjoyable. I really want to go skydiving but dont know if I can bring myself to do it. People keep telling me the point of this trip is to do things you never would... I think i need to grow a pair and get in the plane. Anyways pics on my blog and facebook will be up by the end of the weekend finally!
Travel is more than the seeing of sights; it is a change
that goes on, deep and permanent,
in the ideas of living.

Sitting here with Jean reading this...she wanted to tell you that Kristin arranged a sky-diving trip when she went to Australia, was scared just before the jump, but now committed...no backing out at that point. My fear along with the jumping out of a plane is actually being up there in a small aircraft. Just remember our motto...."DO YOU KNOW WHO IS FLYING YOUR PLANE?"
ReplyDeletePlease...one thing at a time. Lets just get through the shark encounter :-(
I love you!
